To effectively operate a business environment, practitioners require a range of non-technical skills. The ability to communicate accurately and effectively is critical to success within a business environment. In this unit students develop essential communication skills, including the process and techniques of communication in the work environment, interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effective decisions designed to accomplish organisational goals.
